NO WATER? Call council if your water metre is leaking

Pipes across Orange froze last weekend due to the freezing temperatures leaving many people without water. We’re expecting similar weather over this weekend with the coming cold front.
If in the morning you have no water you may have to wait until your household pipes defrosts. If you experience any leaks on your water meter or water bubbling up in the footpath please contact Council water crews and we’ll come as soon as possible if you call 1300 650 511. However Council water crews aren’t able to provide assistance for internal residential problems.

We’d also be grateful if you let us know about any leaking or burst pipes at public facilities such as bubblers or Council operated toilet facilities.
