Removal of Power Poles in Edward St

Orange City Council is undertaking an extension of Edward Street through to the proposed new stage of the Southern Feeder Road.

The new road alignment will mean that power poles will need to be removed for the road construction to occur.

Further details and the extent of works can be downloaded from these links.  As advised by Essential Energy, the contractor is required to hold level 1 accreditation to undertake the works.

Contract work with Orange City Council

Orange City Council is suitably qualified contractors, consultants and suppliers to be accepted onto the council's 'Supplier Contacts List'. Click to download Supplier Contact List application form

Being on the list will make the contractor eligible to undertake work for the council.

By completing the Supplier Contact List Application Form and returning it to the council office, you will ensure that your organisation will be invited to submit a quotation for works and services that fall into your nominated service categories.

Council will also require the 'Appendix 1 /Execution Page' of the Contractor Agreement to be signed and returned before the awarding of any works or services. Click to download the Contractor Aggreement application form
