In order to comply with Council's insurance requirements, Contractors must register or be registered with Statewide Contractor Insurance Management System (CIMS) prior to engagement for works with Council. Contractors will be required to register on-line via the following Statewide website link and, as part of the registration process, pay an annual registration fee of $100.00. Once payment has been accepted CIMS will generate an automatic email notification quoting a unique Account number. Contractors will then be required to enter insurance policy details and upload (or mail/fax) copies of both the complete Policy Document including Product Disclosure Statement and Schedule for each policy.www.statewide.nsw.gov.au/
