Orange City Council provides a range services for people living with a disability and their carers. These services are delivered in accordance with the NSW Disability Service Standards, National Home and Community Care (HACC) Standards and guided by the Orange Community Plan and the Orange Disability Action Plan.

The Council is proud to facilitate the celebration of International Day for People with a Disability in December each year.

Orange Mobility Map

Download the Orange Mobility Map for information that will assist in accessing the City of Orange in the safest way, designed for people with mobility impairment or for those who may have difficulty negotiating the environment.  The map includes informaiton on public facilities, as well as locations for parking, toilets and rest areas.
