Join us at Orange City Library to celebrate the launch of A Sickness I Am Overcoming by teenager Matika Fraser.

“I’m a 16-year-old who is just trying to raise mental health awareness and let people know it is okay not to be okay, to tell some of my stories and how I overcame my fear of talking to others” – Matika Fraser.

The booklet includes Matika’s stories about:

• Coming out of the dark
• Losing him
• The person who helped me
• Sports club

The book was produced as part of Mental Health Month 2022.
