Sculptural Trees – School Holiday Workshop

Create a whimsical wattle or glorious gum inspired by Idris Murphy’s exhibition Backblocks.
Young artists will enjoy a mini-tour of Idris’ exhibition before making their own character-filled tree using a range of interesting materials and their imaginations. Children will learn basic construction techniques and explore colour and pattern in this playful creative workshop.
