Orange Regional Museum is about to recruit for a community engagement officer to offer new, hands-on learning activities for children during school holidays.

Orange Regional Museum has offered school holiday workshops for thousands of central west children over the last two years, and more are planned for 2019.

A new program will be offered to central west children next year, after the Museum recruits a new community engagement officer.

In the past, the workshops have been well attended, with great feedback and Museum staff are keen to get the program back up and running.

In the meantime there won’t be any planned activities at the Museum this Christmas holiday, but parents and children are welcome to check out the range of activities offered at the Orange Regional Gallery and the Orange City Library.

Follow the library and gallery Facebook pages for updates and announcements.
